Meet The Face Behind Ciara Property Inspections
I’m Darren Hiscock, the proud owner of Ciara Property Inspections. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
Ciara Property Inspections is named after my beautiful daughter, who passed away in 2018 from brain cancer. During that trying experience, our community was there for us, and we want to give back. This is how Ciara Property Inspections was born.
Our home is a safe haven for my family, and we will ensure that yours provides the same level of comfort and a place to build many beautiful memories. Along with unmatched peace of mind, a portion of profits from every home inspection also goes to the Kids with Cancer Society of northern Alberta.
The most rewarding part for me is the fact I am able to give back while doing something I enjoy and take pride in. Providing the best inspection experience possible for my clients and agents is what Ciara Property Inspections is all about.
Why I’ve been successful
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is I build relationships with my clients and offer inspection services they can rely on. I attribute my success to my innovative approach to marketing my business and the fantastic people I have met and helped along the way.
Saving my clients thousands of dollars in repairs and un-noticed damages has given me immense satisfaction over the years. After an inspection, my client’s home becomes much less of a mystery to them. I love educating first-time homeowners for this reason!
During my downtime
When I am not at work, I spend time in the beautiful garden we created in the middle of the forest. Our daughter Ciara wanted a special place with windchimes so she could blow on them from Heaven and talk to us. This is where I love to spend my time in the summer.
As I mentioned, we support the Kids with Cancer Society of northern Alberta. This fabulous organization has helped my family immensely in the past and is our charity of choice for giving back.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
